we do get some truly "technical" staff, cust trying to set up wirless on his so called intelligent gateway. sometimes i wonder who gave this name, the only clever thing it does is finding a laptop a vicinity.
anyway being a 1st line support is no fun, having a M.Sc. with comp sc and B.sc with elec engr , one do expect something better isnt it?
